This project is an original adaptation of Russian playwright Anton Chekhov’s play, Three Sisters, by UVA professor and playwright, Doug Grissom. It strives to reflect the community we are living in and hones in on the universal themes of Chekhov’s play: unrequited love, the yearning for something – everyone has a Moscow – and the poignancy of opportunities missed or overlooked.
