Tea & Tidings

Ladies and gentlemen in period dress will teach guests 19th century etiquette while they enjoy gourmet holiday tea and tasty treats.

Attendees will also learn about the history and customs of the season during the Civil War era, including traditional Christmas carols and stories accompanied by festive music.

Children and adults will have the opportunity to visit with a period Thomas Nast Santa while sharing desires for holiday gift wishes.

Children can participate in a ‘make your own craft’ activity with a finished craft to take home for the holidays while enjoying refreshments.

Guests are also asked to bring an unwrapped gift for donation to the Toys for Tots program to brighten the season for less fortunate children in the community.

Attendees are invited to tour the museum galleries and visit the museum store following the program.

Adults $24, Children (Ages 5-12) $10
