April 21 to 28 marks the Garden Club of Virginia’s annual event highlighting nearly 200 carefully selected venues in 29 communities throughout the commonwealth. Visitors can enjoy meticulously landscaped gardens, diverse interior designs and architecture, history and creative flower arrangements.

Richmond venues include Seminary Avenue (April 25), Mooreland Farms (April 26) and Westmoreland Place (April 27). Nearby, visitors can tour in Ashland and New Kent County (April 21), James River Plantations (April 22 to 24) and Petersburg and Dinwiddie County (April 24).

Tour proceeds fund the restoration and preservation of historic public gardens and landscapes, a research fellowship program and a Virginia State Parks partnership for park projects.
