The Richmond Performing Arts Alliance (RPAA) will celebrate the 10th Anniversary of Dominion Energy Center for the Performing Arts, in a one-night-only celebration, featuring the Richmond Symphony, Virginia Opera, Elegba Folklore Society, Quill Theatre, City Dance Theatre, The Latin Ballet of Virginia, SPARC, Richmond Ballet and Virginia Repertory Theatre.
