A Divine Journey with the # 7

Build a ritual of reflection and connection to our soul’s unique journey and expression as we explore the ways in which the #7 appears in traditional and alternative spiritual practices. Utilizing Christian contemplative practices (creation story) and yogic philosophy (chakras, movement of energy) we will dive deep into how this number appears in different texts, rituals, and our journey through life.

About Kirsten:Kirsten is a 200-hr Yoga Teacher, Spiritual Companion, Mindfulness Facilitator, and the current Email Marketing Manager at the nation’s leader in yoga lifestyle, Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health.
