Chair Yoga Class

Join us for a 60-minute chair yoga class to experience how yoga can be a useful part of your fitness plan to address problems with balance and dizziness.
This class is intended for those with balance and dizziness problems, especially those with vestibular disorders and will primarily focus on supported standing poses, so all mobility levels are encouraged to attend. If you’ve wanted to try yoga but are hesitant, this is a great opportunity!
