Meadowdale LibraryThe Chesterfield County Public Library will host Making Change Happen, a program that will explore community activism with local grassroots organizations. The program will include group discussions centered around clips from the documentary “Alice’s Ordinary People,” the story of Alice Tregay, a Chicago-based community activist. Discussions will be led by leaders of local grassroots organizations and will focus on how those groups were organized and ways to become involved, at any level, with an organization.
