A Washington Post book reviewer once said that poet Mary Oliver’s “luminous writing provides respite from our crazy world and demonstrates how mindfulness can define and transform a life, moment by moment, poem by poem.” Working with 8 of Oliver’s poems, this program will take a look at the way in which her mindful approach to being in the world informs her poetic vision while also offering the reader experiential insights into key mindfulness principles.

This class is for you if you:
-want to apply mindfulness principles to the impermanence of life through the eyes of a poet
-enjoy community learning
-savor the opportunity to slow down and reflect

If cost is a barrier, access funding is available for all of our programs. Email rachel@innerworkcenter.org for more information.https://tfgf.me/QBvv
