We all live in community-at our jobs, in our homes and in our cities and towns. Sometimes, this overwhelming sense of community overrides the community–the communion we have with ourselves. Things happen to us, with us and because of us but rarely do we stop and think about ourselves.

What brings you joy? What’s SoGood that it feeds your soul? How did you get to this place (or how can you get back there?) Perhaps you got to this SoGood, Soul Good place through trauma and pain. Perhaps by accident or divine intervention. Perhaps you willed it to be so. Perhaps, you haven’t yet uncovered your SoGood, SoulGood place. The place that’s just for you.

During this writing lab, you will have an opportunity to be in community with others AND with yourself thinking, writing and sharing your SoGood, Soul Good story. We invite you along for the glorious and enlightening ride and look forward to community.

Please bring a journal and writing instrument.

This program is for you if:
-you consider writing a self-care activity
-you want to be in community with others and share your SoGood, Soul Good story
-would like an opportunity to listen with compassion to the stories of others so that it might inform your
own life experience
