Stewards of the Earth

Stewards of the Earth with an emphasis on clean water is this year’s theme for Gayton Kirk Presbyterian’s summer intergenerational event July 12, 13, and 14. Events begin on Friday, July 13 at 6 p.m. with a cook-out, games, and a bonfire. Saturday activities include speakers, art and science projects, music, and a grounds improvement project geared toward water conservation and use. Saturday activities are 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The event concludes with the 11 a.m. worship service on Sunday. A donation of $5 is suggested per family. All proceeds will benefit World Concern’s 44 Cent Cure for Stomach Parasites.
