Honoring America’s POW/MIA: Two Events & Exhibition Opening

Missing in Action: The Search Continues, with Kelly McKeague

The Director of the Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency shares how the DOD works to recover and identify the remains of the MIA to provide an accounting to families and the nation – more than 81,500 Americans are still unaccounted for.

National POW/MIA Recognition Day and Ribbon-Cutting

Honoring the thousands of service members held as Prisoners of War (POW) and the thousands that never returned home from combat and remain listed as Missing in Action (MIA). Includes the official opening of a new onsite exhibit, “Virginia MIA: The Search Continues.”
