Voices of Freedom: Songs and Stories of the Underground Railroad
Connect with courageous people of the past and reflect on the enduring quest for freedom and justice. Through the combined artistry of Sheila Arnold’s storytelling and Phillip Bullocks’s musical direction, “Voices of Freedom” immerses participants in the bravery, struggles, and triumphs of the Underground Railroad era.

Dulcé Sloan
Sloan offers a fresh and honest perspective. She can be seen in the FOX animated series “Great North,” Netflix’s recent stand-up series “VERIFIED,” the feature film “Chick Fight,” and is a regular on NPR’s “Wait Wait Don’t Tell Me!”

An Evening of Old Time Music with “Company’s Coming”
This trio presents Americana, gospel, and Appalachian music, blending two- and three-part harmonies with banjo, mandolin, guitar, autoharp, banjo uke, harmonica, and even a limberjack – a dancing wooden percussion figure. Participation encouraged.

Virginia Wine Expo 2026
Savor a nine-day celebration of great wine and food at the Walk-Around Grand Tastings, Sparkling & Champagne Celebration, Masterclass Seminars, exceptional wine dinners and many more events. The Yardbirds
The hits delivered by the legendary five-piece band led by founder Jim McCarty with John Idan, Godfrey Townsend, Myke Scavone, and Kenny Aaronson. The ensemble brings a multimedia infusion of songs and stories that draw back the curtain on the history of one of rock music’s most influential and important groups.
