RVA Time Machine: Hull Street

By Boomer Staff | July 13th, 2016

BOOMER's weekly series takes you back to how things were on Hull Street.

This photo was taken looking east from 16th Street and in 1955 by Richmond-based the Virginia Chamber of Commerce and was provided by The Library of Virginia.
